About George Howard - I have always been very passionate about health, fitness and an active lifestyle. I became very interested in how I could best train myself and so decided to develop my knowledge by studying Sport and Exercise Science at the University of Leeds.
I've always been passionate about health, fitness, and living an active lifestyle. Growing up, I was constantly involved in sports and outdoor activities, and this naturally led to a curiosity about how to train more effectively. That curiosity took me to the University of Leeds, where I studied Sport and Exercise Science.
““I cycled 3,000 miles from home to Istanbul.””
After university, I developed a strong urge to test myself through tough physical and mental challenges—starting with a 3,000-mile solo cycle from home to Istanbul.
While I had aspirations to join the Army as an Officer, life threw me a major curveball. I was hit by a taxi in London, placed in a coma, and spent a month in hospital. I had to relearn how to read and write. But I recovered quickly—and just eight months after my injury, I completed my first ultra marathon: 84 miles across Hadrian’s Wall in 22 hours.
““I was hit by a taxi, put in a coma, and had to relearn how to read and write.””
That experience shaped everything. I found myself drawn to the world of personal training and helping others discover their physical and mental potential.
Pushing my limits has become a way of life. It's addictive in the best way. My goal is to use my journey to inspire others to take on challenges they once thought impossible—and to live a fitter, more active life.

I believe that effective training starts with moving well. That means activating the right muscles in the right sequence, maintaining good joint mobility, and respecting how the body is designed to move.
“the most important thing is to move correctly, in the way our body is designed to move”
My approach is rooted in building a strong foundation of functional movement—patterns like squatting, hinging, pushing, pulling, and rotating. By mastering these movements first, we create a base of strength, stability, and mobility that supports long-term progress and reduces the risk of injury.
“I tailor my training on the specific goals and needs of my clients”
Progression is key. Whether it’s strength, endurance, or nutrition, I focus on mastering the fundamentals and then building on them gradually. That means steady increases in intensity, smart programming, and small, sustainable changes to diet and lifestyle.
“the importance of progression with training and nutrition”
Ultimately, my goal isn’t just to help you train—it’s to help you transform. Once you start seeing results, the energy shift is addictive in the best possible way.
